You have "given up" the default bod for CBBE, commit to that. If using CBBE all outfits including default ones have to be for CBBE (there are default outfit replacers). Verify files installed against your archive (zips, 7z's). Uninstall mod close then reopen NMM make sure the corresponding folder does not still exist in the virtual folder of NMM (it has a way of installing into it's virtual folder), if it does: Save profiles with NMM, Save profiles after changes, Close NMM and reopen it. With NMM download, then install mods manually through NMM.
That is to say with scripts in the data\ folder. Make sure you have F4SE installed correctly. Make sure you have all the required plugins stated. Look at clothing "Replacers", and if you are using unique player, or better (looking) settlers or some such.
